| The term ¨hacker¨ will be eliminated of the Spanish Penal Code |
 The use of the terms to hacker and to cracker is often reason for controversy between mass media and the groups of fans to computer science. The conflict arises with the generalized use of the term to hacker on the part of the average ones to talk about to the hackers.The community of computer science always has protested by that erroneous use of the term. Hacker it is an enthusiastic person by the computer science that enjoys putting the security systems on approval (often to purify and to solve errors), it likes the programming and it has a deep knowledge of the operation of the systems and computer science networks. Nevertheless, this term is used with a negative character in the news that speak on hackers who rob passwords or infect thousands of dangerous computers with virus. In those cases the correct term would be to cracker (word derived from criminal to hacker). Now, hackers that always takes offense by the incorrect use of the word defines that them have won an important battle: the Ministry of Justice has excluded the term to hacker of the project of penal code that is in preparation. In this way, the term to hacker will stop being synonymous of computer science delinquent in a text of great relevance.
